Terms & Conditions for Customers

By purchasing from Hybec Deco, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

  1. Bulbs Not Included: Bulbs are not included with the purchase of any of our light fittings. Bulbs will be charged additionally.
  2. Installation Charges: Installation is a chargeable service and is not covered in the product price.
  3. Damage Reporting: Damages are to be reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
  4. Warranty Exclusions — Corrosion: Corrosion due to sustained exposure to sea breeze, use of harsh chemicals, wet cloth, or water on product surfaces will not be liable for coverage under our warranty.
  5. Cleaning Instructions: Using only a dry microfiber cloth to clean the product is recommended. Avoid any liquid-based cleaning agents.
  6. Tax & Reverse Charges: Unless stated otherwise, tax on the invoice is not payable under reverse charges. Supplies under reverse charges are to be mentioned separately.
  7. Returns & Exchange Policy: Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy thoroughly before placing an order. Cancellation, Return & Exchange terms apply as per our policy.

  9. Warranty: The lights come with a 1-year warranty (only electrical issues are covered under warranty) on manufacturing defects only. Please keep your invoice safe for any warranty claim.

⚠️ Important: The 1-year warranty covers electrical/manufacturing defects only. Physical damage, corrosion, improper installation, and misuse are not covered. Always retain your purchase invoice for warranty claims.
