By purchasing from Hybec Deco, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
- Bulbs Not Included: Bulbs are not included with the purchase of any of our light fittings. Bulbs will be charged additionally.
- Installation Charges: Installation is a chargeable service and is not covered in the product price.
- Damage Reporting: Damages are to be reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
- Warranty Exclusions — Corrosion: Corrosion due to sustained exposure to sea breeze, use of harsh chemicals, wet cloth, or water on product surfaces will not be liable for coverage under our warranty.
- Cleaning Instructions: Using only a dry microfiber cloth to clean the product is recommended. Avoid any liquid-based cleaning agents.
- Tax & Reverse Charges: Unless stated otherwise, tax on the invoice is not payable under reverse charges. Supplies under reverse charges are to be mentioned separately.
- Returns & Exchange Policy: Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy thoroughly before placing an order. Cancellation, Return & Exchange terms apply as per our policy.

- Warranty: The lights come with a 1-year warranty (only electrical issues are covered under warranty) on manufacturing defects only. Please keep your invoice safe for any warranty claim.
⚠️ Important: The 1-year warranty covers electrical/manufacturing defects only. Physical damage, corrosion, improper installation, and misuse are not covered. Always retain your purchase invoice for warranty claims.
